Artist Trading Cards

Another of the themes for this month's challenge at the Hero Arts Blog is ATC's, which stands for Artist's Trading Cards.  They are 2.5 X 3.5 inches, about the size of sports trading cards, and are little miniature works of art, meant for trading.  Here are 2 that I'm submitting for this month's challenge:


supplies: jade cardstock, Hobby Lobby ledger dp, Hero Arts CG165 Silhouette Bells, stamped in Brilliance Tri-color Peacock ink, CL156 Treasure the Moment, stamped in VersaFine onyx black ink, bit of lace, Martha Stewart butterfly punch


supplies: red cardstock, October Afternoon Seaside: Beach Chair dp, Hero Arts F5407 Let's Garden Silhouette, CL497 Find Joy, VersaFine onyx black ink, teeny buttons

    Oh wow Lin these are both gorgeous, I love the colours of the top one so delicate and the bottom one is so retro. Great ATCs!!!

    Love ATCs and wish I had time to create them more often. Love these of course Lin - especially the gardening silhouette. I think I'm going to look up that stamp - its fab!

    I love both your cards but the first one are my favorit. I love the colors. It´s my favorit colors. I have never made such an ATC card but you have inspired me, Lin. Thanks.

    Your ATCs are gorgeous Lin - I've never made one, but yours look so sweet I think I may just have to give them a go! The cute button flowers in the second one are adorable.

    These are beautiful works of art, indeed! The stamps are perfect for this size, love how much detail you can put on a tiny bit of space!

    Lin, these are both so unique and both BEAUTIFUL! I was immediately drawn to the colors in the first ATC...they are among my favorite colors ever! Then the second one came along, and I couldn't take my eyes off the pretty patterned paper, the sweet silhouette and the cute button accents. Both are GREAT!

    They are especially lovely - the gentle vintage style and soft colors of the first one and the riotous glory of the second are wonderful examples of beautifully done ATCs. Who wouldn't want either one....
