....and a splash of Orange

My favorite challenges at The Play Date Cafe have become the "splash" ones!  This week we're to use black and white and a splash of orange.  Here's my card:

supplies: white cardstock, Hero Arts CG246 Classic Fabric Design, versamark ink and white embossing powder, CL511 Sweet Threads Thank You, CL435 So Artsy (sentiment), Memory BoxG1781 Index Card, Versafine onyx black ink, spiced marmalade distress ink and orange colored pencil, orange ribbon

Here's our photo inspiration:

  1. Hi Lin....I absolutely LOVE this card of yours. That splash of orange is breathtaking. Thank you so much for commenting on my blog post with the button tree and letting me know that it was Shari Carroll's tutorial I was referring to. I have edited my post to give her credit for the design.
