It's been too long since I played one of
Flourishes challenges, and though I don't have any of their stamps here with me in Florida, they say it's okay to use anything we have to play along; I so appreciate that, as many other challenges don't extend that courtesy! This week our challenge is to make a card using Black and White and 1 other color as a pop. Here's my entry:
supplies: white cardstock, Webster's Pages black script design paper, Doodlebug Designs Cupcake grid design paper, Hero Arts S5101 Raindrop Background, PTI Spring Jar Fillers, and tiny tags die, Versafine onyx black ink and clear embossing powder, Michael's pink gingham ribbon
This is stunning, Lin! Love how you colored just the flowers and the contrast in patterns on the card base.
ReplyDeleteStunning!!!!!!! This is as good as it gets when a card is actually prettier than a real bouquet of flowers! you so rock with this challenge! Winner in my book!
ReplyDeleteI love how the two different papers in the background complement each other. Sometimes it's hard to find a good match, but you definitely did!
