It's called Island Blooms. When we got home I started looking for a stamp that would be similar and here is the card I ended up making:
supplies: white card base, turquoise cardstock, Hero Arts CG403 Large Flower Background, Versafine onyx black ink and clear embossing powder, white and lime colored pencils, CL169 SparkleClear Happy Thoughts, lime ribbon, pearls
