I'm entering this card into Stamp It! Cards Hello Challenge at Moxie Fab World. I really like how it turned out, using these complementary colors together.
This is gorgeous! I love the color combo!
ReplyDeleteIt's not hot here, a comfortable 64 F but I'm thankful it's not raining today, we've had SO much of it!
Congrats on your CardMaker publications! Your cards were fab!
Beautiful colors and very tropical looking too! Love this card! Congrats on your win and honorable mention on Moxie Fab!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Lin! Beautiful card! Love the polka dot flowers and button centers! Such a happy cheerful card. Thanks for visiting my blog, and no, I didn't actually break my die. I meant to say I broke it in. Oops! My husband just told me that I made a typo. Thank goodness he reads my blog. I wouldn't want people to think that Papertrey Ink makes cheap products! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI feel cooler already looking at this tropical delight Lin!! Supposed to be close to 100 here tomorrow-ugh!
ReplyDeleteit sure has been some crazy weather all around. Here in CA it has not been so hot. We have the ocean breeze and it was like 71 yesterday. we had to wear jackets last night for the fireworks...
ReplyDeleteYour card is just beautiful..love those orange flowers.
SPOT ON PERFECT! I can feel the cool breeze!
ReplyDeleteI love this Lin! The aqua and orange look great together - love those dotted flowers :)

ReplyDeleteGorgeous card Lin! I just love this color combination! I just love how the flowers pop from that beautifully embossed background.
ReplyDeleteA delightful tropical card that does have me longing for the ocean as well! I love your polka dot flowers. I just realized we're neighbors Lin...I'm in Northeast Ohio too!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat colours. I love that background. I need to get some butchers twine or whatever it is called - is it bakers twine? lol anyway it looks good! jenx
ReplyDeleteOoo, I'm making like that beautiful blue is a pool and I'm diving in! Fortunately your cards has no great white sharks like we have here! EEK! I LOVE those gorgeous flowers, like a floating oasis in that sea of blue! XO
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card and colors Lin! I will imagine that cool drink right along with you.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous color combo...this card is a beaut! I wish I could say we were having normal SoCal sunny summer weather but it's almost 2pm and the temp is 67 degrees. We are really having a mild summer so far, so sorry the rest of the country is sweating it out. I'm sure it's cool in your craft room, so I suggest making more lovelies like this one! Hugs~
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Tranquil and calming, it does remind me of being at the beach. It is miserable hot here in NC, too, and I wish I was at the beach in Florida.
ReplyDeleteYou've transported me poolside, with these summery colors and tropical flowers. I love it!
ReplyDeletesimply gorgeous Lin. I love the summery look to this card and as I sit here freezing my butt off in less than 40F, I'm thinking of you all enjoying the heat. Take care
ReplyDeleteLove your gorgeous card and love those sunny flowers.
