All is calm.......

Hi everyone!  I trust you had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday.  We spent it with my parents and sister in SW Pennsylvania, and as we woke up this morning to come back home, we had our first snow of the season!  Beautiful and serene, and so when I came home and was looking at the challenges I wanted to enter this week, a snowflake theme popped right into my head.

Here is my Case Study card for this week, inspired by this month's muse Angeline Yong:

supplies: blue and white cardstock, various snowflakes from Hero Arts, the biggest from Our Daily Bread Designs Peace & Joy set, sentiment from Mark's Finest Papers All is Calm set,  VersaMark ink and Hero Arts white embossing powder, Darice snowflake embossing folder

After I'd stamped all my snowflakes, I ran the blue panel through my Cuttlebug with a snowflake embossing folder, and I like it much better than the flat version......

Pop over to the CASE Study blog and look at Angeline's other card for this week and the work of the Design Team there - there are some really beautiful cards!

  14. So glad that you had a nice holiday, Lin. I haven't returned to my home state of PA in the fall for years....afraid of getting caught by those snowflakes. You used them with such style on this card. Love it.
