Simon Says.......Back to School

It's Wednesday and time for another Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!



This week our theme is Back to School, and the DT are using Maya Road products.  You mention the word school to me at this time of year and I'm in instant autumn mode, so I chose fall colors for my card.


I used Maya Road's You Are stamp set for my sentiment, and a Pure Innocence set called You Make the Grade. which I paper pieced with kraft, chalkboard paper, and some autumnal design papers, coloring in her skin and hair with markers.

Now it's your turn - what will you make for us this week? Heidi has again offered up a $50.00 gift voucher to the Simon Says Store, which will go to a random entrant to our challenge!

    If I have to start thinking of falll (and I dread it), I'm happy doing so with this little gem, Lin! What a cutie she is and I love the calk board, too. But I'm fighting to keep summer all year! Thanks for sharing.

    She is precious and so ready for school :) I am a retired school teacher and I have sweet memories of those days even though I taught the "big" ones - high school :)
