I started by tinting my modeling paste with bundled sage distress reinker, and spreading some across this Studio Calico Intertwined Circles stencil. While that was drying I cut a vellum tag, and white embossed my sentiment. I also stamped these Blanket-Stitched Blooms using bundled sage, spun sugar, and tumbled glass distress inks, cut them out, and centered each with a tiny blue sequin. I added Cupcake Doodle Twine to my vellum tag and attached the flowers, then added pink, clear, and aqua sequins before popping it above my card base.
