So we'd love to see your birthday celebration creations this week! The design team is using Simon Says Stamp exclusive products, and we'd love to see you using them, too, but it's not necessry in order to enter. Here's my first card:
I gathered together any Simon Says Stamp product that had a birthday theme to it, and then pulled out bits and pieces to make this card. I decided on a Green Apple and Audrey Blue color scheme, so used those papers and inks. I first die-cut the Happy Birthday die out of a white panel and from the colored cardstocks. From Only Have Eyes for You, I used the balloons. Since it's our 5th birthday, we had to have 5 balloons, so I added some patterned hearts from Lots of Hearts. And the stamped words and stars came from these sets: Tag Sayings, Love This, and Cupcake Party. After attaching the stamped panel to my card, I then inset the colored dies and popped the balloons up for a bit of dimension.
supplies: Simon exclusives: Surf Blue and Audrey Blue cardstock, Audrey Blue and Mint inks, Happy Birthday die, and their Happy Every Day stamp set, plus Memory Box Texture Flourish stencil, Lawn Fawn Hello Sunshine sequins, vellum, my own gingham ribbon and white twine.
This week we have some very special prizes for the random winners of our challenge! Heidi is offering a $100.00 gift voucher from the Simon Says Stamp Superstore.
