supplies: Penny Black Iris die, 2 of PB's purple papers, along with Simon's Green Leaf cardstock, Winnie & Walter's The Big, The Bold, and the Happy sentiment
I'm still in love with these bold handwritten sentiments from Winnie & Walter, which reminds me that they've got SEVEN new stamp sets, their 3rd release, being revealed this week! Can't wait to be able to see them on the 25th!

Gorgeous design, Lin! It's so striking and I love the look of the sentiment.
ReplyDeleteI love the simple elegance of this card! I am such a chicken when it comes to using white in my projects, but you've shown me just how much of a WOW factor white can create! I love how boldly the delicate flowers and sentiment pops out against the background. I also like how you used two different shades of purple for your flowers, yet they are still similar and compliment one another. Really striking project and I'm so glad you shared your talents with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
ReplyDeleteI just ran across your card while searching for iris images. I love your card, it's stunning. Thanks for the beautiful inspiration.
