This is a CASE of Jennifer Rzasa's card - I liked her interesting touches like the angled cut and the wrapped embroidery thread.
Supplies: Hero Arts Carnation layering paper, black cardstock, watercolor paper, Clearly Besotted Happy Everything flower, stamped in worn lipstick and mowed lawn distress markers, then colored lightly with a water pen, Simon sentiment from Handwritten Sentiments, embossed in white, pink flower sequins from Paper Sweeties
supplies: Hero Arts Hydrangea, sentiment from Live Life, VersaMark ink, Zing leaf and Recollections Glacier embossing powders, Simon's Green Apple cardstock, Doodlebug's blue chevron glitter paper, Nestabilities scalloped rectangle die
Love both of these cards. Really love the look of the embossed flower, the green and blue looks great.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards! I love the colors you chose on both.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your cards. They are beautiful and nicely done. The choice of black with the sentiment is striking. The chevron with the scallop edge I would not have thought of, but looks good.
ReplyDeleteBoth so lovely!!!
ReplyDeleteStunning cards, Lin! You've showcased the flowers in both cards beautifully!
