Julie showed us a technique for using an alphabet set which she called word search. I was thrilled to be able to pull out this Hero Arts Happy Letters and make a card following her directions. Other supplies: VersaFine onyx black ink, embossed in clear, Hero Arts Soft Granite ink, wood veneer hearts, colored with a marker and covered with glossy accents.
My next card is a CASE of one of Debby's cards; she taught us to stamp on our die-cuts with a sentiment, and since I have several birthdays coming up in the fall, I made an autumn birthday card. I love her style!
supplies: Simon Says Stamp Falling Hearts Stencil, tumbled glass distress ink, Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves die, colored with mustard seed and picked raspberry distress ink and overstamped with a part of a sentiment, "happy" that originally read "you are my happy" from a Hero Arts/Studio Calico clear set, My Happy, Simon Says Stamp Happy Birthday die, Lawn Fawn sequins.
And I fell in love with Jennifer Rzasa's design, and since I just got the Lil Inker Stitched Stars dies, I CASEd her card, too, just changing up my colors and constructing my sentiment from 3 different stamp sets:
