The sequins don't move as freely as in a regular shaker, but it's still a fun effect, don't you think?
Lin it's wonderful, love the blues! I think you've inspired me to make vellum shaker card too. I find the traditional one (with the form tape) is a bit thick to send via snail mail! :)
