Another Makeover

Here's another card I made over for the Hero Arts Makeover Challenge.  Here's my inspiration card from last year:



and here's my new version:


supplies: Hero Arts Wreath of Leaves cling stamp, Hero Arts Green Hills and Grass inks, and their Color Layering Bird & Branch clear set, Hero Arts  Pale Tomato, Punch, and Red Royal inks, red sequins, Simon's Merry Christmas die

I love how this brand new bird fits right into the older 2010 wreath.  The wreath was stamped 4 times or so to make it nice and full.  And if you haven't figured it out yet, I am ALL IN with these multi-step stamping sets!  Keem 'em coming, please!

And this is my first Christmas card of the year!

    I just loved that original card so I can see why you wanted to give it another shot - it's very pretty in the "traditional" Christmas colors, too!

    Well done on getting those Christmas cards started, my friend! Just love this makeover with the red bird! The wreath looks great on the crisp white card!
