I'm skidding in at the last minute with an entry for this week's
My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge:
supplies: white cardstock, watercolor paper, DieNamics
Scribble Roses Overlay dies, Simon's
Wishing die and
Sending & Wishing stamp set and
stitched rectangle die,
Spectrum Aqua and
Zig watercolor markers and tumbled glass distress ink, water brush, moonshine sequins
I die-cut my scribble roses and laid them where I wanted on my watercolor panel, then lightly drew in the shapes of the flowers, removed the dies, and watercolored the shapes in. Then I glued down the dies, lifting the edges for some dimension.
Here's the sketch:
This is outrageously pretty! I've had these scribble flowers on my wish list for some time and it looks like I'm gonna have to actually order them now.
