.......that was what I saw when I looked at the spectacular inspiration board for this month's Pin Sight's Challenge . What a gorgeous array of color! Here's my entry:
supplies: cream, green, and 3 shades of deep red cardstock, Bold Blossoms, Painted Hugs, red sequins
I was obviously taken with that gorgeous bouquet and the sparkling rings, but oh that red velvet cake.........
Your card is stunning. Beautiful deep colors...so striking, using those shades rather than Christmas red and greens. I too, use those deeper colors for my Christmas colors. I just happen to own this lovely die set designed by Julie Ebersol, and the color card stock too. I made a set of 5 cards last night. So pretty I must say. And, thank you for your inspiration card...I cased it.
Gorgeous deep reds, Lin! Beautiful array of flowers! ♥
ReplyDeleteJust love your rich red flowers, Lin! Yum - red velvet cake, one of my faves!!

Beautiful card lin! Love that some of the leaves still have their "innards" (sorry, I couldn't think this morning as to what the proper name would be!
ReplyDeleteFabulous take on the inspiration board Lin.
ReplyDeleteWhat die did you use for the flowers? Love the mix of red colors on your pretty csrd!
ReplyDeleteCarol, the flowers and leaves are from an Essentials by Ellen die set called Bold Blossoms.
