Purple Posies

I recently ordered and received Altenew's purple inks in the cute little pack, and had to have a play with them.  I used 3 of the 4 colors.

supplies: white and purple cardstock, Altenew's Painted Flowers and Shades of Purple inks, Winnie &Walter In a Word: Thanks and Audrey's cutaways, Pretty Pink Posh sequins

This makes me think of a little posie of violets!

Please stop by again tomorrow for our first Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge of the year!

  8. Beautiful card Lin, love the colours. I have been experimenting with layer stamping and my Altenew inks, wondering do you usually stamp more than once. I feel i'm not getting great coverage and wonder if I am doing something wrong??

  12. This is so pretty Lin, the purples are very reminiscent of violets. The white die-cut is just perfect on top of your color.

  13. Oh, Lin, this is so gorgeous, and I love the shade of purple...what a great idea of Altenew's to have them in cubes. But truly, the design is gorgeous, and I love the block die of "thanks" on top with the sequins. Stunning card with the scallop edge. Hugs! (Yes. I'm finally getting around to catch up on commenting...ha!)
