supplies: white cardstock, various paint chips, Altenew Garden Picks dies, sentiment from Tammy Tutterow, script from a long-retired Hero Arts set of woodblocks called Artistic Windows, tumbled glass distress ink and a blending brush, Sunny Studio Frilly Frames Lattice die, Doodlebug heart sprinkles
I love the vintage feel that the script in the background gives - I must remember to use this tiny detail more often. Using paint chips really opens up the possibilities for color. The drawback for me is that many of them have a shiny backing, so it was a bit fiddly making everything stick together. A good trade-off, though, because I love the results!
Enjoy your day, and I hope your week will be a great one, thanks for stopping by.
I love the white embossing with the hints of color for your background and the flowers are just wonderful. I love that Filly Franes Lattice die too.

Lin you transported me right back to my card-making-beginnings! Paint chips were my go-to 'colored card stock' and I loved the great big chips the most!
ReplyDeleteYour bouquet is stunning - and love your little Bluebird, too! Which always make me say... have a zippity-doo-dah kind of day!
