I recently "discovered" this lovely cling stamp from Penny Black in my supplies, and decided to give it some love!
supplies: white and pink cardstock, (retired) Penny Black Easter Basket cling stamp from 2011, (retired) Hero Arts sentiment from Celebrate Everyday, Lawn Fawn Fancy Scalloped Rectangle stackable die
I know the main elements of this card are retired, but it is just too pretty of an image to ignore!
I'm entering this into the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge: Anything Goes.
Hope you have a blessed Easter!

I was caught by your card on pinterest copying Jennifer McGuire's card (stitched) so here I am! Leaving you a note- your cards are great. Your profile mentions being a "former quilter". So am I! I've quilted since 1980 & even had a quilt shop that evolved from my hubby's grocery store that his family ran since 1943. But my hubby died 3-4-22 and ever since, I could hardly even sew much less run the shop. Enter card making! Mar 2 this year a lady who's opening her own new shop in nw OK bought the entire balance of my quilting shop inventory. A friend is buying my Innova quilting machine with Intelliquilter. Not sure how I'll get rid of all those fabrics, kits & notions in my "studio" so I can turn it into card making. Right now all my card making stuff is spread in a very small office area and my dining room! LOL Glad to find you!
ReplyDeleteThe perfect time to give it some love! Pretty card, Lin. I hope you enjoyed a Happy Easter!
