This week at
CAS-ual Fridays our assignment is to make a CAS card and "put a bling on it"......I knew immediately what I wanted to do, because I've been enjoying our New Dawn roses which are just blooming on our arbor in the back yard:
So here is my CAS take on that photograph, using some elements given to me by my friends Carol and Clare. I used my bling for rosebuds:
supplies: white cardstock, Cuttlebug Wicker Weave embossing folder, unknown vining leaf die-cut given to me by my friend Carol, rose from Clare, pink gemstones, The Crafts Meow Simply Delightful sentiment, VersaFine onyx black ink

ReplyDeleteWhat a simple combo of elements...the embossing really sets off the design. Have not seen the Wicker Weave. Love those pink roses in your garden. I have that Flourish die from Cheery Lynn...one of my faves. May have to CASE your card.
