This is the inspiration for the current challenge at Curtain Call. I really liked these colors together, and wanted also to incorporate stripes into my design. Here's what I made:
In the photo I saw an aqua, a gold, a grey and a taupey brown, and I found them all in the Simple Stories SN@P Color Vibe paper pad. I had been wanting to try paper-piecing the Altenew Painted Flowers, and this was my chance. They're not as pretty as the multi-stamped ones, but fun to do nevertheless. My sentiment is from a Simon set called Sketchy Banner Greetings. I added some aqua, yellow, and grey sequins to finish.
Thanks for stopping by today!
