This card uses a digital panel, one of 9 beauties that I found at the Vintage Catnip blog. I simply isolated this one, enlarged it to card size and then embellished it with the scroll medallion (a gift from Jacqueline), the sentiment, a ribbon and some pearls. I mounted it to my card base stamped with a lace background.
Supplies: Hero Arts products S5341 Lace Background, AR130 Handwritten Sentiments, Iris layering paper and Iris chalk ink, unknown scroll medallion clear stamp, sheer ribbon, pearls
