More Stretch Your Stamps, Day 5

I am behind on my homework!  Here are 2 cards from Day 5, using outline stamps.

This is a CASE of Jennifer Rzasa's card - I liked her interesting touches like the angled cut and the wrapped embroidery thread.

Supplies: Hero Arts Carnation layering paper, black cardstock, watercolor paper, Clearly Besotted Happy Everything flower, stamped in worn lipstick and mowed lawn distress markers, then colored lightly with a water pen, Simon sentiment from Handwritten Sentiments, embossed in white, pink flower sequins from Paper Sweeties

Jennifer McGuire showed us a beautiful example of embossing using lots of different embossing powders on an outline stamp.  Unfortunately I don't have many colors, so I chose this favorite Hydrangea and did it only in aqua and green.

supplies: Hero Arts Hydrangea, sentiment from Live Life, VersaMark ink, Zing leaf and Recollections Glacier embossing powders, Simon's Green Apple cardstock, Doodlebug's blue chevron glitter paper, Nestabilities scalloped rectangle die

Thanks for sharing your cards. They are beautiful and nicely done. The choice of black with the sentiment is striking. The chevron with the scallop edge I would not have thought of, but looks good.
