Wishing You Joy

This is the 25th challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Flickr group and the theme is "White on White with a Touch of Color"  Sounded like fun to me, so here's my entry.

supplies: Simon's white woodgrain cardstock, pale blue cardstock, Artful Flowers, blue and white vellum, pale blue and white pearls, Simon's Wishing die, and Sending & Wishing stamp set (sentiment), VersaMark ink and white embossing powder

I chose some of my favorite Simon flowers and stamped and white embossed them on blue and white vellum, then arranged them on my hoarded woodgrain cardstock and added a sentiment and some pearls to finish.  This could be sort of a "something blue" item for a bride to be.......

These look so beautiful created on vellum. I have this stamp/die set and you can bet I'll be trying something like this.

I realized yesterday that I have pinned a gazillion of your projects to Pinterest -- there are so many I was thinking I should make a separate "Lin" category! Love your work.

Oh, Lin, this a gorgeous, and I love the white on white with just a touch of the soft blue! Wow, it's so lovely, and I love the textured card stock and the sweet pearls and the great die (just ordered those two sets yesterday). Hugs, sweet friend, and thanks for your inspiration!
