Navy, pink and green

This week at the Play Date Cafe, I think we have some difficult colors:

I love pink and green, but adding in the navy is what took me awhile to get it together.  Here's my take on them:

supplies: cream parchment card base, Webster's Pages background paper, stamped with pinkpaislee Butterfly Garden stamps and The Craft's Meow Simply Delightful sentiment, chipped sapphire distress ink, Hero Arts E5388 Traditional Butterfly, Tim Holtz Sizzix Caged Bird die

Love what you've done with the colors, Lin! I thought the same thing when the navy was thrown in but you've given me the inspiration to keep trying. Beautiful card!

Lin, no matter what the challenge, you always come up with a gorgeous card!! I love this card. I have had that die forever, and seldom use it. Must get it out and do something with it!

I just love seeing your creations Lin, and this is a beauty! Funnily enough I thought navy would be a challenge too until I read someone's post about thinking of it as a neutral and then it all started to come together. Thanks for joining in the fun with us over at The Play Date Cafe this week!
