Just sharing......

I made this card for a CardMaker magazine call and it wasn't chosen, so I'm sharing it today.

supplies: Wplus9 Quilt Prints, Hero Arts mid-tone inks Bubble Gum, Green Hills, and Charcoal, Simon exclusives Flower Friend and Best Mom Ever, Sizzix Dots embossing folder, pink and green pearls

The humidity and heat have finally broken here in Ohio (aaaaaahhhhh) - have a great summer weekend!

This is beuatiful! I especially like the extra dimension that the embossing adds. It may not have been exactly what they were seeking for the particular issue but it's gorgeous nonetheless.

So pretty - I have been so inspired by the cards you have made with stamp. I ordered me one and have it in hand. Can't wait to ink it up. Love the embossed background and you can never go wrong with pink and green :)

Well it's their loss Lin I think it's gorgeous! Love every little bit of it. We've been away on vacation but I wanted to let you know all of your cards have been great the last couple of weeks. I always love seeing the pretty flowers you use ;)

This is so sweet - live the texture, the colors, the layout.........all of it. Their loss, for sure. A winner in my "book" - ha! Glad you got a weather break.

Gorgeous, gorgeous card, Lin! Wonderful quilt background and I love the gorgeous flowers! I can just imagine this beauty being in a magazine! Glad to hear the weather has cooled down for you:) You wouldn't believe the weather we've been enjoying here lately. It's the best summer in years with no rain for ages and most days the temperature has reached the high 20s - amazing for us!
