Floral Fantasy dies

Oh my goodness,  Altenew has done it again!  I have always loved their multi-step floral stamps, and now they've taken that idea a step further in this multi-step floral die!   This is another case of my racing to order these as soon as I saw them debut last week.  Here's my first play with them.

supplies: Simon's Audrey Blue, Surf Blue, Sea Glass and Green Apple and Bazzill Candy Necklace card stock, Penny Black Rosebud White embossed paper, Altenew's Fantasy Floral dies, My Favorite Things Thanks die

These layer very easily - I used 4 shades of a pool color and made my 2 flowers just slightly different, and added this pretty sentiment die - I think the font is lovely, don't you, and goes well with these amazing flowers!  Here's one more, a much brighter version.  I think these look like full-blown roses, so I chose shades of yellow and pink, my favorite colors for them.

supplies: black, Simon Green Apple, and Doodlebug Rainbow Textured collection card stock, (blush, strawberry, bubblegum, lemon, sunflower, marigold, limeade, grasshopper, and pearl gray), Altenew Fantasy Floral dies, PTI Birthday die, Impression Obsession Edger die, Tim Holtz Woodgrain embossing folder, pink and yellow pearls

I tried these against a pale gray cardstock embossed with a woodgrain this time.  The Doodlebug cardstocks all have a linen texture to them.......

I hope that Altenew continues this trend and gives us more layered flower dies!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend; thanks for coming by!

Wow, these are fabulous...and I am on a no shopping month. We'll see if that holds up.
