Playing with an Intricate Die

With all this extra time I've got, I've been pulling out some products that have seen little use.  Today I played with this Hello with a Bouquet die, and made 2 cards.

supplies: white and sea glass cardstock, Pink Fresh Studio Hello with a Bouquet, Nuvo markers to color

I cut the die from white cardstock twice, once so that it released easily and again so that the pieces were still intact.  I used that one to messily color the flowers and leaves, and then reinserted it back into the A2 panel.  Then I attached the first cut, from which I had removed all of the small pieces to give me just the outline.  And lastly I cut the letters only from a scrap of sea glass cardstock, and inlaid them into place.

The 2nd version was much easier.

For this one I simply lined the diecut with the watercolored dp, and popped up my letters with foam strips.  Couldn't have been easier!
