Another Slimline Card

I'm enjoying the new slimline cards, and decided to take advantage of the height for a bouquet in a canning jar.

supplies: white cardstock, some scraps of pink dps for the tablecloth and bow, The Greetery Just Mason Around and Summer Budding Beauties, Simon Crackle Background and sentiment from Leafy Frames, Altenew and Hero Arts inks, a bow die

I knew I wanted to put make the flowers pink and have a "clear" jar,  but once it was all stamped and assembled, I just couldn't get a good mix for the background.  Then I remembered Simon's new Crackle Background cling stamp, and that was the perfect touch, along with a grounding of a pink tablecloth.  I've always loved this particular sentiment because it can be used for so many occasions, and the little bow gives a tiny bit of dimension, but doesn't add much bulk.

Thanks for stopping by!

Just adore this slimline, Lin!! You're so right about the crackle paper - like a stone wall behind your "table" with pink cloth! Love the little bow too!!

Awesome card Lin. The canning jar on the tall card really allows for a lovely full bouquet. Just gorgeous
