A flower for Mom

The April contest at the HeroArts Blog this month has a theme of "Just for Her".  I decided to pair an old favorite with a new stamp for my entry:

supplies: Hero Arts Hydrangea, Big Postcard, sentiment from Celebrate Everyday, purple and green papers from Graphic 45's Secret Garden Patterns & Solids, The Paper Studio music paper, unknown wired ribbon, twine, Hero Arts lavender pearls

Thanks so much for stopping!  See you tomorrow for a Simon Says Stamp challenge.

Just catching up a bit from having been gone - can't believe all the glorious work you've turned out. This is so stunning! One of my favorite old stamps. I almost sold mine at our used stamp sale, but glad I didn't. This color makes it all happen, Lin. What a wonderful combo and card.

Lavender was my grandmother's favourite colour and I'm always drawn to it. Love this combination of images and colours Lin. I haven't visited for ages and feel really guilty that I've missed so much Lin - as always you knock me with your creativity. I need to 'pin' some of these beauties post haste!
