Christmas Wreath Quilt

Thought I'd share one of my little quilts, made to be hung on the wall. This one lives above a fireplace at this time of year, surrounded by my collection of snowmen along the mantel. It is about 34 inches square, composed of lots of different squares and triangles of various red and green cotton fabrics. There are little red heart buttons to simulate berries, and 5 feather wreaths quilted into the background.

The wreath of different fabrics spells Christmas in a festive way and the heart buttons just gives the wreath that special touch - beautiful Lin!

Love seeing your "other" craft work....bet you could do this with bits of paper, too? Yikes, maybe not.....! Looks so cozy and warm.
