More Monochromatic

I'm in a blue mood today, so I pulled out my new Watercolor Anemones and stamped them with my favorite Simon Hydrangea ink.

supplies: white and purple cardstock, WPlus9 WaterColored Anemones, Simon's Hydrangea ink, Wplus9's Hand Lettered Hello stamp and die, Simon's Stitched Rectangles dies

This really is a lavendar/purple-toned card, but on my monitor it's coming out a pretty blue.  Maybe it's my camera?  Whatever, I'm pleased either way!  The anemone set is a multi-stamp set; i.e., you can add detailing with other stamps stamped over each other.  Usually I choose different colors of ink, but today I just let the first stamping dry thoroughly and then used Hydrangea again to add the details.  It makes a nice subtle effect.  So for that reason I'll enter this once again into Virginia's Monochromatic/Ombre challenge:
