For a Spring Birthday

Here's another birthday card for March, using a new pad of pastel design papers, and one of my favorite Simon flower stamps.

supplies: Simon's Surf Blue, black, and woodgrain cardstock, their Artful Flowers clear stamp set, a Summer Garden leaf die with Hero Arts Grass layering paper, My Favorite Things Lucky Prints 6" paper pad, Signo white pen for flower centers, Hero Arts Happy stamp & cut die, Winnie & Walter Big Bold Happy "birthday" stamp, Simon Stitched Rectangle die, moonshine sequins

I was so pleased to see this pad of pretty pastel prints by My Favorite Things!  I used the heart print here, but there are actually 4 different prints in these 3 colors, plus a lovely spring green, too!

I am counting the hours until the final episode of Downton Abbey tonight!  Anyone else out there a fan?  Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Oh, Lin, I just love this card with these beautiful pastel DP flowers! Wow! I love the woodgrain card stock that I've already added to my "cart" at SSS. Thanks for the links to your products (it really helps!). And I LOVE Downton Abbey and am so sad it's over, but what a beautiful finale! Classy and tied up most of the ends. But who knows...I heart that Julian Fellowes is considering a prequel. But I would love to see more in the future...perhaps a generation from then. But what a wonderful series! Hugs, sweet friend!
