The Craft's Meow May Release Day 1: Beautiful Hymns Two

The Craft's Meow

Hello!  Welcome to the first day of our new stamp previews at The Craft's Meow!  Today's stamp is called Beautiful Hymns Two, and it is a companion to Nina's Beautiful Hymns set released in February of this year.  I remember singing all of these hymns growing up......what a shame that they are heard so rarely now.  I'm so glad that Nina brought them back for us; they will make great sentiments of comfort for our cards.   I made 2 cards today using this set:

TCM Beautiful Hymns 2, April preview

This card uses a paper from Basic Grey's Lucille paper pad; I cut out a strip of it, fussy cutting along the right edge and also cut out some extra flowers to sprinkle on the rest of the card.  Here's another of the hymns in this new set:

TCM April Release Blog Hop

This one uses papers from MME's Moments paper pad, and another of the hymns.

Have you heard that we have 3 new designers joining us at The Craft's Meow?  Amy Crockett, Angi Barrs, and Jinny Newlin will be giving us their unique spins using TCM stamps!  Please be sure to visit their blogs and give them a nice welcome!

Don't forget to visit The Craft's Meow blog to see what all my team-mates did with this new stamp set.  Leave a comment at The Craft's Meow blog by 8:00 PM PST tonight for a chance to win this new set!  The winner will be announced on the blog tomorrow.  And I hope to see you again tomorrow for another preview of one of our other new sets!

  4. Both cards are beautiful. I especially enjoy the second color. Great choice of patterns for the banners. I love the central panel with beautiful sentiment and the two dots are the perfect touch.

  5. I am singing "He Leadeth me" in my head after seeing your lovely card. We do sing that hymn on occasion in our church. I try to enjoy the contemporary songs, but it's the older ones that bring comfort!
